MBC = No Cruise control

Just letting people know who got a cruise control, mine just went ape poopie ever since i got my MBC installed.

I think it's feeding off of ECU sensors or actuator pressure or something or other. My boost goes crazy then it cuts off.

no more cruise control for me... not that I ever use the damn thing. lol

Vaccum or electric? I assume you have an electric and if it's correctly installed there is no way an MBC could affect it in any way.

I have an electric cruise control and a mbc for about 8000 miles now with no problems what so ever. Drive on the highway everyday to work so it comes in handy.

<edit> Response to Richard whining deleted

I'll try to find out how it's hooked up. I didn't put this on, it was put on by the previous owner among other comfy things in the evo.

The problem I'm having is, once the cruise control is engaged, say from 80mph, it'll engage then boost itself (21psi) all the way upto 120mph on its own, then come down to 60mph then shuts off. lol

I'm thinking it maybe vacuum assisted... or it's not working right anymore.
