Thanks Bill. The diagram I posted is from the Evo 8 Body Repair Manual, not CAPS. I took a look at PNC 02807B/MR592000; that's the engine side (right-hand) mount, and is shown in 42-180.
Interestingly the part that bolts to it is PNC 02807/MR454434, in diagram 11-510. The part that bolts to the "mystery" bracket I'm looking for is PNC 21831/MR491558. By the same logic, the welded bracket it bolts should be PNC 21831B; I can't see if there's a part number for that PNC though. Also, as shown in the body repair manual, it's actually three pieces.

Seems like a curious (and expensive) omission on Mitsubishi's part... but then again chances are if you need a new tranny bracket you also need a new sidemember; my mistake was ordering parts of the latter separately. Ah well.

Actually, no. That's the part number for the engine mount bracket on the right (passenger) side. On the left (driver's) side, the bracket is a transmission mount bracket. Bill did some digging and made some calls for me (thanks Bill! ) and found the answer. The only way to get the transmission mount bracket is to order the left (driver's) side front sidemember as an assembled unit, 65009AL in the CAPS diagram, part number MN161475.

Nope, you are stuck getting it in white. As a matter of fact, almost all the plastic body pieces like lips, bumpers, wings, are all coming pr-painted white. Sorry man. But trust me on that one, I have sold over 2 dozen SE lips, and every single one has been white.

Evo 8 : MR312000 turbo pipe <--- is this the black pipe that connects to the turbo, from the lower intercooler pipe? I need this part as well.
Pricing and shipping to 90620

Dr. Side Coupler : MR993892 : $27.56
Pass. side coupler: MR968013 : $21.74

Yes, it is, that goes for $26.54, and if you need the gasket as well, it is MR281085 ($3.02)
Pricing and shipping to 90620
Shipping, would run about $12/$13 UPS ground.
Thanks!
