I wonder if someone could help me with the part number for the brackets that attach to the head unit (radio) and allow it to be flush mounted. Here's a pic from another thread:

Can someone please confirm that these are all the correct part numbers for the 2003 Evo? I've seen references to galant parts from 1991 so I'm assuming that's the 4g63 match up but I jsut want to be sure before I order all of them. This is for my 60k service:

Part # Description
MD979313 Water Pump Kit
MD369999 Pulley+timing Bel
MD326059 Belt+valve Timing
MR984778 Belt+balancer Timing
MN158794 Belt+alternator

water pump, balancer belt, timing belt, serpentine belt, pulley... anything else?

The part numbers you have are correct, you might also consider the following...

MD352473 - Balancer Pulley
MR984375 - Timing belt tensioner

Hey thanks man, good advice.

What is the MD369999 part for exactly? I'm a little unfamiliar with all these parts to be honest. I thought this was the balancer pulley but apparently not?

Also is the timing belt tensioner a tool, or a part that needs to be replaced?

I suppose a breakdown of these parts would explain it all, if you have a spare minute.

MD369999 vs MD352473 vs MR984375
MD369999 is the tensioner pulley for the timing belt. The tensioner (MR984375) pushes on an arm that the MD369999 pulley is attached to, those two parts together keep tension on the belt. It also self adjusts over time to keep consistent tension.

MD352473 is the balancer belt pulley, it keeps tension on the balance belt. The tension on the balance belt is set at installation and does not self adjust.
