Hey All,
Anyone have any luck buying a carbon fiber evo hood from ebay?
They seem to have some decent pricing on some that look good.
I don't think I'd want to pay for a full CF hood, as you are looking at at least like $700 or so, right?

for a A quality OEM CF hood, it's $800 + + s/h.

Ebay ones should be ok, but will have fitment problems as well as not having enough under hood fiberglass structure.

Then again, most CF hoods that's made well with structure is heavier than the stock Aluminum hood, so it's really pointless.

 

Thanks. Of course some do have better feedback then others. Theres one that does actually show the underside and seems decent. But would be better to see in person.

Something to look at then. Looks like I'm going to need a hood, so I was looking into CF as an option Mitsu wants over 800 for a stock hood. I figured I could save a bit and get CF.
Anyone know what the stock hood weighs?
