best way to remove scratches

I have a some scratches on my rear bumper. Nothing big just noticeable so should I but some scratch remover products or just get some good wax and buff the **** out of it with my hands? Which would work better?

Use Rubbin Compoud.. will remove with hand or Buff machine... then Apply Wax after u rubbin and clean then Wax it

Nano Wax! I used it after using rubbing compound, and I gotta say its noticable better. Check it out!

3m scratch and swirl remover, then a good wax. works great especially w/ black.
