i saw one... OMG i fell in love with it.... i want an MR in EB lol... anyways... i like the color better than the BBY, and if you see it at night... it looks kinda purpleish and a darker blue.

It's something about evo's and metallic paint... doesn't look right, makes it look like it's trying to be a BMW/Flashy. It's a nice color, but not on the evo IMO... My vote goes to BBY.
And some of us arn't color blind, some have different opinions and likes!

Ditto. The EB seems too common. Where as the BBY is a very unique color. My vote=BBY

The BBY reminds me of the blue on the previous gen Audi S4. It's called "Nagaro Blue". Not that it's identical but both colors are "flat" colors, like the colors cars had back in the day.
No metallic, just simple flat enamel. It's unique only in that most cars are not painted that way these days. But, overall the colors look flat, there is a reason why people loved and still love metallic paints. They have more depth and demension as light scatters over the paint better.
I have always liked the deeper blue hues like the EB or dark blue used on the
Focus SVT & Mustang Cobra. It's a hard color to keep clean.
On the EVO I prefer the red and silver. For a trick color they could try a pearl lime green like Triumph had on one of their sportbikes. I'll post a pict. if I find one.

BBY looks much better in person than in pictures. I haven't seen EB yet in person. The EB seems more like an actual car color. All of the '03 colors are more like Mini-Golf ball colors

i think EB looks good on the new Vettes, but not the Evos... BBY is better for an Evo. Has anyone noticed that they totally messed up the Blue color on the Evos in GT4? doesn't look right at all.

Electric blue to me is a nicer color, it is rich and when light hits it really shows off the contours of the body. But like many have stated, it just doesn't seem like the right color for an Evo. The S4, M3, and the Bugatti EB110 (my favorite car) have colors very similar to BBY. BBY is the perfect color for motorsports. So my vote goes for BBY.

You know what color gets my vote! I never even really liked blue colored cars until I saw the EVO's EB. I dont like the BBY at all. I think it looks flat and boring. The EB has a unique vibrant look. Absolutely everyone that has seen my car compliments me on how they just love the blue! I even got a couple people to say "damn, I dont like blue cars, but I like yours! 
BTW - at night, the color looks even better when just a little light hits it.. all the EB owners know this!

i have a bby, but i like the eb better... but it does kinda look a lot like the other blue cars... lets not leave out the 350z color which it seems to look a lot alike. i like the bby blue because its not any other blue out there i have seen, but the eb i think is nicer
