Just put a deposit on my new car. It's a Tarmac that i found in Manchester NH, just about 20 miles north. 5,700 miles on an 04' for 26k. Not a bad deal at all.


Quick question....the car has the sunroof but cloth interior, does that mean since i have the sunroof that the sound system is upgraded? "Sun AND Sound" right?

Have about 2k in mods but the dealer told me NO SPRINGS because it will void my warranty. I dont know what to dooooooooo

 

Technically, they have to prove that the springs voided your warranty for whatever broke. If you put in springs, and your shocks blow, I can see that... but if you have springs, and your transmission blows up, they can't blame it on the springs...

check the door panels see if they are leather or not. sounds like the interior was stolen and they replaced it with the cheaper interior. as far as i know all 2004 came with SUN, SOUND, AND LEATHER, and it wasnt pick and choose

 

I think you are correct. Only 03 had sunroof and no leather, no sound ... 04 had sun, sound and leather ....

 

I have an 03 with a sunroof, no sound or leather. I think it is only the 03's that have this option.

hopefully its just that it really is an '03 and maybe you could use their misinformation as a bargaining point?
