Skid pad lateral acceleration is not dependant on the radius of the path. A vehicle should achieve roughly the same lateral acceleration regardless of the size of the pad (within reason), however it will occur at vastly different speeds.

For the record, it isn't all that meaningful. The most significant factor on the skidpad is the car's tires - change the tires, change the skidpad number.
