I'm kinda new on here and I would like to meet some other people in my area with evos. Last october I took my evo out for a drive up in Asheville NC and decided to go on the blue ridge parkway. Well what turned into a 30 minute sight seeing deal ended up being a 3 hour drive... not because I was lost, but because this road was so much fun... very VERY windy and smooth no traffic and not a single cop in like over 200 miles. So I was wondering if anyone from NC SC TN VA or where ever in the southeast would like to meet up maybe 1 weekend in may or june and go tearing it up down the parkway... trust me that was the most fun ive ever had with my car plus it would be kool to meet some other people with evolutions. There are plenty of cool roads around the parkway, I wouldn’t recommend blasting up and down the parkway. The park rangers will throw the book at you for speeding on the parkway they don’t play around with that. Too many tourists visit the parkway to have any fun on anyway. I just don’t chance it when I go around there. If you want to hook up for a run sometime let me know.

NE time you just show me the roads... I love curves... thats y I got an evo... goin straight is fun but there aint nothing like being stuck to the side of the door with tires screaming at 90 mph... ahhh only in an evolution... :-D

I would say your about 2.5 to 3 hrs away from Deals Gap. Lucky you...

Of course I better GET my evo first. I've been meaning to take a trip out to Asheville to go to the Biltmore. Sounds like a good plan for when I get my evo.
