I love love LOVE <3 <3 <3 my Buschur deluxe intercooler kit... fits like a charm, looks damn nice, and doesn't completely block the radiator like some IC's...

there's a big discussion in two other threads about the br ic plus almost all the others on the market, one thread is which intercooler is best and the other is poll bar and plate or tube and fin (something like that).

but just to let you know... the hks uses a hybrid core which is tube and fin in construction but uses half lobes and half fins internally. the greddy has two types v and r both of which are tube and fin in design. the v is a pure lobe internal design, and the r is a louvred fin type that is very efficient at cooling.

main differences. the br unit is striaght fin, non louvred and it is bar and plate in design which makes it stronger but heavier. heavier might also be a good thing because that makes more heatsink material so you have a larger resevoir for thermal transfer.

another great thing about the br unit is that it sits very low. testing has proven that it cools the air just fine. it's all up to you what you wanna do and how bad you wanna over engineering your cooling system to put up with your local or prospective conditions.

the buschur deluxe intercooler is awesome, I just installed it and definitely noticed a power increase. I had done just lower piping before the intercooler and it was definitely better but not as good as after the FMIC. And it looks great
