Talking 15,000 mile maintenance questions....Please read

After doing many searches on here I still can't find the exact amount of fluid needed for the tranmission, diff and transfer case.

Does anyone know this?

Also, does anyone have the part numbers to the OEM fluids. The Mitsubishi dealer in my area are idiots and don't know exact what I need.

Any idea where would be the cheapest place to buy the OEM fluids?

Any help is appreciated.

every fluid amount is in the back of the main manual. you can buy oem fluids from lancershop.com and machv.com/evo. change the tc cases yourself. I do with every oil change. of course for me its every 5000 in the winter and 3500 in the summer.
a little pricey but I drive out of state 2 times a month. better than braking down.
I hope this helps you. Oh, get your oil at a sams club of something. I pay 23.33 for 6 quarts at my wholesale club in ohio. the oil filter is only 7.53 with tax.

Do they sell the OEM tranny fluid? All I saw was the diaqueen lsd oil for the transfer case and rear diff.

Do you usually change all those fluids at 15k? I thought that was all done at 30k?

i think it's about 5 quarts. not sure, but about around there for the transfer case. now you have to use 2 different fluid viscosity for the t-case and transmission, i think or differential oils... do a search, it's out there on drivetrain forum.

you change your fluids for transmission at 15,000 on severe driving schedule.

recommended on 30,000 miles. However, your "dealership" will tell you they either don't do the service or tell you, that you don't need to.
