I drove my friend's GSR with a Greddy RS valve VTA. It's not flashed for it and it runs well. A little bog here and there, but idle was O.K.

Man I am really having a hard time picking a BOV. It sounds like their is no chance you can vent in bov vta, is this true? What are the big differences between the type s and rs?

just go with a dual vent like GFB stealth if you want a lil' more sound... set it about 60recirc/40vta and you'll be happy...

Type-S has no problems....Recirc kit already out there...it just doesn't sound as loud as the RS. Otherwise it almost identical
