I was just wondering has anybody who has a vortex generator to the color of their car to make it look more stealthy/ blend in more?

 

they come in carbon fiber, i guess to can paint them but i havent seen anybody do that yet. I dont know why you would want to do that, carbon fiber is sick

havent seen it painted yet either. i like it unpainted so it stands out more

 

if i ever get the VG ...itll be painted. i think it only looks good if it matches the color of the car it resides on.

 

I don't know, I kinda like mine black...granted I have many other black pieces on the car. Headlights and taillights are next to finish off the oustide until the rims come.

 

hmm....I have a Silver Evo and was thinking the same thing. Or perhaps color it red...I dont know to somehow make it diferent. Anyone wish to photoshop it and post the results? Thanks....

dont get wrong ...the black door handles & mirrors look good. and i do love the look of the MR style heads/tails. but theres just somethin about the non-colormatched VG on the roof. looks outta place, kinda like CF hoods/trunks.

I beleive that is the Evo IX stock bumper, only released in Japan for the time being.
