you get what you pay for... I have no personal experience with SS chrome, so i can't say, but for the price i can't imagine it being a quality unit. I would look into the helix if i were you.

i have the megan o2 housing that looks just like the ss chrome. i believe one company gets these from overseas, then sells them to other companies that sell them to us(consumer). anyways, i love my 02 housing for the price. the only 02 housing that i have seen that looks better than mine would have to be the DNP. justin

Thanks Justin, the appearance is amazing and having robotic welds is a good thing. The only thing I worry about is fitment, how was it on yours?

Unless they changed the design, the SS are not divorced. Meaning the exhaust gasses are not separated at the turbo outlet. The better ones are... DNP for example. You should get better flow with a divorced O2 housing. You can search the web for many examples.

the megan has two outlets for the turbo and wastegate.

fitment wasn't so good. you have to redrill the stud holes. justin

Wow I also had to re drill the holes. But that was worth the $100 difference in price.

doesn't that gasket make it look like it's divorced? that would suck if they just had that lil part of the gasket there and it wasn't divorced. the best kind is the ones that are full divorced for more than one foot, preferebly 2 feet. but there's only one compnay that makes a dp like that, jspeed, but it's not fully mandrel bent it's weld bent. straight crazy tho!

i have an idea, how about someone get a o2 housing gasket, a 3" 90* bend and a megan racing dp, chop the gasket off the megan racing dp welb the 90* bend on and weld that up to the o2 housing gasket and then get some smaller piping to route the wg gases further down the pipe or just waste to atmostphere... how much you think that would cost?
