nisei intercooler/customer service

just have to say that kevin over at nisei is the best! absolutely the best customer service i have EVER recieved from any company. the intercooler works great and i can really feel the pull in 3-5th. if you are going to upgrade FMIC, be sure to give nisei a call. you wont be disappointed

forgot...maybe i should put why i think they are so great. i got it shipped, and for some reason the bracket on top was not welded right so the IC was off center. i called kevin, and he overnighted and saturday shipped me a new one (which probably cost upwards of $140) without hesitation. i did not even have to ask twice. he even offered a $100 refund as well(which i did not take). This is the kind of stuff i would like to see more often on the boards, and i know it sounds like a plug for nisei, but honestly i have never had a better experience with exchanging a product i bought online

That awesome news...I was really looking forward to hearing what these new intercoolers can do. Knowing the the people there are just as good as the products is a big plus .

Wally, glad everything could get straightened out for you. Kevin is a good guy, I was right there with him when he was making the new FMIC and bracket setup, customer service is priority.

Enjoy your new intercooler and stay tuned for the intercooler/mini battery kit!
