Ticketed for no front plate

Ticketed for no front plate
I got a ticket recently for no front plate, and I cannot get it dismissed because I have already dismissed 3 previous tickets I have gotten. Cop was out that day just to collect money, because as soon as I left the scene, he turns on his lights again and chases the next guy I thought if a ticket got dismissed, it was totally cleared out of the system, but apparently not. So I'm gonna duke this out in court and take my chances to see if the cop shows up or not. If not, can you guys give me some suggestions as to what to say and do, or how to handle myself in court? I have never been to court before. Also, I forgot what the cop looks like, so I dont know if I can tell if he shows up or not, unless no cop at all sits in court.

wrong place at the wrong time..
My excuse would be a srew fell off or something.... or better yet show them your license plate bracket and break it in half and show the judge that this is the only way to mount it on the car because of the spoilers design. These are not typical cars where there are 2 holes in the front bumper. I think that would be the best. Or you can say someone stole them.

However, my window tint is damn near limo tint -- i've had cops look at my car up close too -- not a word. I guess it depends on the mood they are in

does your tint have the little square sticker from the place that installed it, if so you can have them dismiss it because if it was too dark the place that did the tinting is at fault not you. and about the plate thing, if you bumber doesnt already have the holes drilled for the bracket, just tell them that your car didnt come with it and the dealer never installed one for you. that way because if all cars are suppose to have front plates the dealer needs to be blamed for not putting one on your car, not you
