If the certificate does work, give him his money back and sell it to someone else. I am sure you wouldn't have a problem since it works right and its such a deal. Sell it to someone local so that you can show them how to use it.

yea rally red, if u claim it does work, i'll give it back to u and u can sell it/use it to someone else. But if it doesnt work, then isnt that a better reason to refund my money? I never started crap with u but u started being an a-hole. If u return my money, great, if not, then life will serve u well.

I think he should be given one last chance to make right on this and if he doesn't then he gets banned. Anybody agree with this? Moderators? Administrators?

thanks for the support guys, see what i mean, this guy came off as the most courteous seller prior to sell, once the moneys sent to him, he flips and becomes a totally diff person. if u wanna help even more, PM the guy to hell and if he doesnt come through, i dont see why admins have a reason not to ban him, u can clearly see what kinda person he is when he came into this thread..
