The WORKS Exhale ABM produces a nice deep tone without being excessively loud.

Greddy Racing Ti or Injen Turbo Back. Both top 2 out of 10(i think) in Turbo Mag exhaust shootout.

My personal recommendation would be the Buschur system. I have it and love it.

I would recommend RNR's hks with their custom piping.
I have it on my car.

It's ss with 3inch piping all the way. There is no taper where it meets the cat.
Fitment is pretty good too.
Sounds real good. Real low tone.
They have a really good deal one them right now.

I've got the WORKS TBE (3" DP, Axle Back Muffle, resonated intermediate pipe and resonated test pipe) it has a nice deep sound, not loud, and on the road it is quite inside the car, you can hear the exhaust but it not annoying, droning or vibrating on the open road, at any rpm, but full throttle you can hear the exhaust, gives a nice deep sound with the slight whistle from the turbo.

I noticed a lot of the evos in my area are running exhausts such as HKS, APEX'I, RSR, and etc.. and a lot of them I really don't like the sound of. They all share a similar sound that I don't really like plus most of them taper!

I'd throw my vote in for a Vishnu Signature which is what I have. It sounds subtle at idle and normal driving, but when you get on the gas it sounds very deep and mean!
