That tech guy (Cobra in Texas incident) was an idiot... the lady that bought the Cobra had a specialized license plate and he posted on Mustang boards about raging on her car and even listed the plates she had!

Needless to say, I took a note of the dealership, which at the time was the only SVT dealership in San Antonio, and if I ever end up with any Ford product, I WON'T buy one from them!!! Now there are several SVT dealerships in San Antonio.

Northside Ford treated the owner poorly after the incident, even though the tech who abused the car was fired.

Sooner or later I think we'll hear about the settlement I'm sure she'll get for it. I am generally against lawsuits, but I think instances like that are what they were intended for. As long as it's a reasonable settlement that is (not millions).

Then again, maybe we'll never find out what really happenned. Although I have to say I've never seen an incident galvanize so many enthusiasts from so many different types of cars. It just goes to show that when push comes to shove, it's really about our love for cars. Not our creed of car...
