Stock PSI values

What is the stock PSI at 3500rpm and 6500rpm?

Is there a PSI difference between the gears? Maybe taller gears have more boost... I do not know

Incase he didnt search, at about 3500 its around 19.5 psi, give or take. Because of the boost taper by the time you hit 6500 its going to be about 16/17 psi.

at 3500rpm Am I at 19.5 in all gears?

Once a mechanic told me that there is boost differences in each gear, but who knows? taller gears = more boost... ?

yeah, your mechanic is correct, there is a difference, it's actually a bit less than 19 in 1st and second, and the boost taper is more dramatic in 1st and 2nd. 3rd 4th and 5th are all mostly similar, at least, this is how it works on my car, and all the other Evos here
But your sig says you have a VII not an VIII, and I don't know if there's a difference there or not

id say pretty much except 5th( 5th tends to hold boost differently), but every car is slightly different, but with the stock boost taper, if you get a manual boost controller you can get rid of that.

Thanks UT Evo, bigjhoney.

I think the VII is the same boost pressure as VIII.
