Basic Mods with no Gauges?!

Hey guys, I see so many threads with mods that people have, for example intake, mbc, tbe, and without reflash... there no indications that there are gauges. How are you guys monitoring the boost you are hitting? Cause if there is some other way to figure it out and save money right now I would do it... someone clue me in.

A boost gauge should be one of you first mods.

Don't skimp on your boost gauge. It is not for show and it is not optional for modding.

If you *HAVE* to save on parts, find a used 52mm GReddy boost gauge here or on some place like honda-tech.

I only list the power mods in my sig, I don't list all the crap I have on my car. I've got a Defi-D boost gauge tho, works good.

Yeah I figured you guys had gauges and weren't mentioning them as mods.

At least put in a boost gauge when you start modding. If I were to mod my car I would put in oil pressure and temp gauges as well. Im still undecided on egt or o2, if either.

A good set of gauges will cost you a couple hundred, but could save you thousands. Its a no brainer to me.

I run boost, egt, and oil pressure. I think a good set of gauges should be your first mod.
