Just changed mine a couple hundred miles ago.
Redline Shockproof in the transfer case.
Redline 75w 90 (LSD) in the rear differential.
GM Synchromesh in the trans.
So far it feels great. The Synchromesh has made shifting better and feel smoother.
I only had 8,000 miles on the old fluid, but I wanted to make sure I didnt have any metal shavings anywhere.

I want to change the fluids in my ride also and would like to hear some feedback on the different products people have tried.
Called the dealer to tyr and purchase OEM fluids but they are all in bulk (55 gallon) containers.

Just recieved today for lancershop, bg synchroshift 1 for the tranny, and the oem diaqueen fluid for the other 2. Their are a ton of threads on this, thats how I made my decision. Bg is the only fluid I have not heard a problem about, and alot of transfercases are believed to have broken because of synthetics like redline( not guarentting, just stating what I read), so I went with the oem fluid just to be safe.

From what I recall, people were saying not to use normal diff fluid in the transfer caes, but the Shockproof was a good choice. I researched a good amount before I made my choice, and so far it drives fine.

Here we go again...
BG syncroshift (tranny)
Diaqueen OEM SAE90 (rear diff)
Diaqueen OEM SAE90 (transfer case)
Over 15k miles no problems.
I've changed the transfer case fluid probably 5-6 times / rear diff once / tranny once ... 30k miles on the odo
