Question Regarding Test Pipe and Switching To Stock Cat come Emissions Time...

I should be getting my turboback exhaust next month and I want to run a test pipe
I dont have a hookup nor do I know anyone that could hook me up come emissions time so my plan was to run a test pipe and when I have to get it inspected I would put back the stock cat

my question:
Ill be having TT tune my car with their flash so Ill have that, a turboback w/ test pipe and a MBC and intake
it'll be tuned for the test pipe
now will putting my stock cat back on affect that tune?(im sure it will but i need confirmation lol)
would it pass inspection this way?

TIA

Most emissions places cant properly test on an all wheel drive vehicle. There is a good chance you will pass with your test pipe.
