Can somebody give me a succinct definition of a "ricer"?

That isn't rice because it IS fast. The car was actucally sponsered by stickers name. The car was run on a race track. Often. So it justifies the wing, roll cage, etc.

Back to the rice...I can respect each person's styling, but it's more the attitude some of these "ricer" which is laughable.
