Wing Technical Service Bulletins?

I went to a mitsubishi paint service center to claim warranty becausemy evo wing clearcoat is damage, they told me that mitsubishi is not doing anything about it.

The service center have 4 clients with the same problem, with the first the mitsubishi supervisors take a picture take it to the central office and doing nothing. The service center told me if i find a TSB or information of mitsubishi resolving this problem, they can go to the central office and claim for warranty.

I tried to get them to cover the clearcoat chipping and cracking on my wing too and was told it was my fault and they're not going to fix it.

Phish is think is not your fault a lot of people is having this problem, a paint service center told me that mitsubishi dont use the best material to make that wing, the problem is that they dont accept it. Those service center cant fix our problem because mitsubishi dont pay that service.

I think that mitsubishi dont care about their image, they care about warranty expenses.

that tsb isnt to replace the wing, it clearly states that the dealer NOT replace the wing for imperfections in the carbon fibre, and that the imperfections are a normal characteristic of carbon fibre. if you want, you can pm with you email and i can send you the whole tsb and you can see for yourself that it says not to replace it

I figure the tackiness of the clearcoat cracking on my wing is a good excuse to take off the trunk and put a wingless carbon fiber lid on . It's just a pain since I only have 6k miles on my Evo.

I read the tsb-03-51-003 and all the reasons for not to cover under warranty are:
A somewhat wavy appearance
A slight shading of the CF
An unevenness, undulation or roughness
Preassure marks
Correction marks
Bubbling, spotting or pinholes
Reddish or yellowish tint to the clear coated areas

I don't see anything about cracking in the wing clearcote. This is the mayor problem that evo owners has.
