What's a good price to pay for an '04 EVO?

Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone here can give me an idea of what an '04 EVO with 4500 miles might be worth? The car is very clean, and has some mods; twin disk clutch, utec, cams, downpipe, exhaust, turbo timer, bost control, springs. I have been trying to find a good number for the car but most of the ones I find are '03's with more miles. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd say somewhere around 26K would be decent.

I'm sure you'll get varied responses here about the value of it. But considering I can get an '05 VIII new for $28.5K (regular EVO VIII, no sun & sound package, no other options), I'd say somewhere in the $25-26K area. But it also depends on demand and where you sell it/buy it.

Thanks for the replys! The car is in south florida. I would like to be able to keep the car for about a year without losing my shirt and since this will be my first EVO, I figured you guys have your finger on the "pulse" of the market. Anyone else?

when i traded my 03 blue evo in it had 16,010 miles on it...they gave me 24,800 trade in on a 05 MR edition...

you should at least see 25K for it...but you also have to look at what they are going for brand new...there is one here in St. Louis listed at 28,999...it has 6K miles on it..
