I didn't read the original "sales pitch" thread.... thanks for letting us know. So basically this car does not really have a warranty..... especially if the dealer working on the car has any knowledge about the "BR" thing.....
at least if you do the flash yourself the dealer has to figure it out. With the BR they know up front!
O well... sounded good at first.

Basically it's a modded car and Mitsu will no more warranty this special edition than they will any other aftermarket mods, done by BR, Vishnu or anyone else.
A reflash invalidates the warranty....period.
BR only offers a warranty on the parts they install and Medina will obviously not give you any hassle with the mods, so long as no problems arise through abuse/racing/auto-x etc.
If you don't expect to have the car serviced at Medina then you're at the mercy of your local dealership as far as mods and warranty goes.....or you can service it yourself.
The mods are pretty mild though, and shouldn't cause any major problems providing you treat the car right and don't abuse it.
But, your local dealer could easily flag this as a modded car with restricted or nullified warranty depending on how they feel. If you have a mod-friendly local dealer then you're probably good-to-go. If not, I'd proceed with caution.
