I think the Hayward and Scott xhausts is one of the best ones out there, especially when it comes to sound, but it's pricey....so I stuck with the APS 3" TB....great quality and good sound too.

works cast 02 housing, helix 3"dp (to keep the tie bars in case you wanna run japanese bracing, if not then you can get something more straight like rmr or get a ti dp), road race engineering rallicat, greddy ti.

you will save weight with the ti catback, you'll be safe from cops with the rallicat (which is a straight through 3" with nothing inside) and you can keep your tie bars with the helix and you can keep all mounting points with the works o2 housing.

If money is no object: a custom exhaust. Not one that just fits your car perfectly but one that is specifically tuned for the current modification state of your engine and your max SPL requirements. This means time and testing and lots of discarded tubing.

Back down on earth... Bolt-on wise I'd go for Buschur's.

HKS ..... but good luck getting a HKS high flow cat, the wait is like three months if you can find one and it cost's TWICE as much as my Helix.

Get a reputable muffler shop to make you a turbo back with a magnaflow race series and a hi-flow cat (or no cat) in 3" and you'll be good to go =)
