hrm...this is interesting.

I ordered JDM MR headlights on thursday from Jackie and I told him they had to ship out on thursday, cause I need them asap. He told me I would get a tracking number and they would indeed ship out on thursday if not call back. Friday goes by and no tracking so I get worried and call only to get voice mail all day.

I call today and I get a tracking number only to verify they where shipped out tonite.

I cant complain all that much because they where the only vendor who had them in stock I could find and I paid $739 where most vendors sell them for $699.

so, my lesson I've not been able to drive the EVO for 2.5 weeks now...because some punk destroyed one of my headlights! and yes I'll find him!!!!

This thread is even more interesting. Though its 45 pages, its crazy watching what seems to be a well respected vendor take a turn for the worse.

+3 ive been doing it, i went there the other week asking for tire preference, he brought me to discount tires website....i could of done that at home. The reason i never returned the parts, is that i knew they wouldnt except them, theyd be like, you put them on your car, well we cant return them. So i said screw it, im stupid i learned my mistake...yet again +3 on the boycott.

MAN I BOUGHT an ACT CLUTCH FROM THEM back in JAN 2 weeks passed no clutch at my house. Only reason I bought it from them is because they had the best price and said it was in STOCK! Not at all! within the 2weeks of course my clutch went completly out and I was just PISSED. THANK GOD for Atlantic Motorsports! They had one in stock that was sold to me. NEVER AGAIN. Vivid needs to step up the game or something.

DON'T BUY FROM VIVID.
Have had good experiences with Group-s and Ravspec, both honest and reliable with great prices.

Even tho I have never purchased from Vivid nor been screwed by them I think that this move would send a message to vendors with horrible policies .

basically stating , we are the customer and together we will make or break you

vivid is the absolute worse company i have tried to deal with. I repeatedly email them about wheels never got a response from any email. i went on their forum asking them about wheels and they just said to email them after that already didnt work. so i did again anyways and still to this day i am waiting for a response. it has been about 4 months now. i was interested in another set and asked about adapters that convert to my bolt pattern and dan just said if you want the wheels then find the adapters we dont carry them. dan argues with his own customers on his forum. it's rediculous. why would anyone buy from someone who picks fights with their own "supporters"? plus when you have a whole site devoted to how bad a company sucks, i think thats a good sign to quit the business or atleast reform but not to them they just care about how much money is in their pockets.
