I Have a question for anyone with a Defi D boost gauge. I know these are orange but my gauges are now red is there any way to get behind this gauge and change the color of the bulb or put a cover the bulb or is it sealed?

 

pretty sure its sealed it would b a decent task i would think to change it

you can remove the red covers from behind the acutal guage cluster to match the gauge cluster to the defi gauge instead of trying to match the defi gauge to the gauge cluster...sounds confusing but my buddy has done it and they match REALLY good.

There is no way to do it, I've already tried. The orange color is created using white micro-led soldered to the circuit board that shine through an orange color filter. You'd have to sand off the orange and replace the color filter to red. But, you can't get to the filter to sand it off! Sorry.
