My new Evo!

Well, I finally got my Evo. I have been wanting these ever since they came out but funds were not available. I graduated from 7 years of college finally and have always told my self the first thing I would do was buy an Evo. It is a 2003 Apex Silver with 12,xxx mod free unless you include the turbo timer that was already installed. I bought the car without test driving it but I did sit in one at the Detroit Auto show. I still have a 1992 Talon TSI AWD turbo, which I have had for 7 years, that needs some work. So, I thought if I love my car why do I need to test drive an Evo? All I need to do is to ship it, which as some of you may know can take a while. I am very eager to take it for a drive. Thank you all for all the information that I gathered which aided in my purchase!

I agree that you didn't necessarily need to test drive the Evo to know what it's like, since you have a DSM, but you _DID_ need to test drive it since it's 2 years used. It's one thing not to test drive a brand new car off the lot, but it's quite another to take for granted that a used one is in perfect condition, regardless of what the seller (used car lot, I presume) says.

As for wanting an Evo for so long and finally getting one, a big to you!
