I was just at a PCA event here in Vegas.. LOTS of cars (exotics)....

seems the older Porsche owners/drivers are VERY cool, the younger ones seem to have issues with a $30k, modded, four door, jap car passing them.

Met alot of really nice people there though. In general, all 'road racing' peeps I meet at the track are really nice.

Yeah, I did that last time I was out at Spring Mountain to a 911 Twin Turbo (100% stock, I have JICs and RA-1's too), it hauled on the straights and would pull away, but I could always outbrake and out corner, it took 3 laps to get the instructor who was driving it to let me pass... I think that's the most fun I've had at a track event.

The sad thing is when you're on someone's tail like that last Porsche and they push too hard trying to stay ahead and end up spinning around... I always feel really bad then.

I would've actually been out to that PCA event in Vegas but my dad's S2000 wasn't quite finished yet, and I didn't want to go if he wasn't gonna be racing.
