yeah glad you guys made it out okay.. too bad for the car tho. you should also post pics of the physical damage on your bodies and show us your battle scars =p just curious how bad the injuries were. did you guys have witnesses to help in your case if the accord driver decides to change his story saying u guys tailgated him, etc?

Def get a lawyer. You may find you develop symptoms down the line, and the nobber drving the accords insurance should be paying. Assuming he has insurance.

What he said ! Glad you guys came out alright but its always good to get some legal advice in case something does go bad down the road. I was involved in an accident a long time ago and to this day ...my back still kills me !
