Depends on whether you want to tune yourself or have it done for you.

Im switching to the flash after about two years on an AFC. The AFC is nice, but the FLASH seems to be much more comprehensive with the overall resolution of the map and tuneability. The only problem is NOT being able to take it off or turn it off in the advent of issues, but I hear they are slim and none. The flash is the way to go when comparing to SAFC's and Super AFR's. AN XEDE is a great unit, along with an E-Manage but be prepped to spend a ton more on the entire setup (the E-Manage can be had for like 200 bucks, but has 900 worth of accessories)

XEDE.

There are some really neat things coming out for it soon. Data logging, Road dyno, autotune, wideband O2 sensor controller, closed loop boost control.

I have the Utec.....much more expandability and features....you can do your own logging....etc...

Really depends on your budget....and what you ulimately want to do....

I plan on adding a water injection kit which the utec can control.
