im going to try to make a long story short

well today about 12 in the afternoon im geting ready to go to a family BBQ i leave my house im listening to my radio at a low volume level ( i do have sounds in the car but i had them turned vary low) just as im getting ready to turn i see a cop so i turned them even lower. 2 min later im getting pulled over,he tells me to get out the car asks me for license insurance all that other stuff. asks me if i know why he pulled me over, then tells me because i have 3 numbers on my back windsheild from the previous day at the track and that my music was to loud. then i asked whats the big deal about the window? ther was no reply and then about the music. i told him the same way he hears now is the same way it was when he suposivly herd it (the only thing you heare is the licence plate ratteling a little. vary low) he quickly responds bull**** i heard that music from 75ft away so i was so pissed i just stayed quiet. then he asks me have i ever been arrested before i respond no. keep in mind he never read me my rights. he grabs me puts me in his patty wagon. next thing i know i see his partner get in my car and drives away beating the **** out of my car i mean literally dumping the clutch at a high RPM. correct me if im wrong but if u get pulled over and your car gets impounded isint the tow truck supose to pic up the car whare u were pulled over at? but no he drove my car to the police station had me waiting. after about an hour they bring my cell phone that magicly broke gave me a ticket gave me my car keys and told me my cars at the impound lot. what should i do. i know that by the time i get to the impound lot my car is going to be torn apart. i need advice on how i should go about this should i fight it or what keep in mind they took me to station never reading me my rights.

Were you processed at the police station? How old are you? If he did not read you your rights and told you you were under arrest, then yeah thats a problem there. I'd call a lawyer asap.

 

dude you need to get a good lawyer and go and raise hell. i would have flipped the f out. i would probablly still be in jail becuase of the **** i would have said. thats ludicris and you need to take legal action and get those ***** fired. sorry for the response but im in a pissed mood.

i agree, you mean to tell me that your more concerned over your car being impounded than you are about a cop just hoping in your car, and supposedly dumping the clutch and just launching it. they didn't tell you why it was getting impounded, they said nothing to you, they just took you like agent smith took neo and thats all, no questions asked? doesn't make sense. there is NO way they could impound your car for having numbers on the back, or for having music on, you could have the loudest system on earth and they still wouldn't impound your car for that, unless you have a heavy record or something, there is no reason they would just take your car like that, make zero sense.

 

if this is 100% true thats crazy.
