Now, I don't know you mabad, but for me $40k is a loooooooot of money Definately try to get your money back as soon as possible, or you might not see it again ever.
Good luck and keep us informed !

He lies so much he believes the sh*t thats coming out of his mouth.

Why don't you explain why I couldn't have possibly done that since the loan used to buy the car was in default. You know the 30K car LOAN funds I sent to Adam for an Evo 7 that was never delivered to me in the allotted time frame, causing me to cut the insurance, and thus making the auto loan null and void. I bet you didn't know that a car loan like that has certain restrictions, stipulations, requirements that must be met...like actually receiving a car. The loan company has even been on his *** for payment of the funds back, but the Liar did what he does best...lie. I don't know how many times I've told the Liar that before I formally agree to take delivery of another car other than the one agreed upon on the original contract, he must PAY BACK THE LOAN FIRST. Did he tell you that? Oh man, he lied to you too? What a surprise. Speaking of, where is that Liar? Why doesn't he come on here and respond? He obviously doesn't like to pick up his phone, or delete messages on there so new ones can't be left, or respond to emails. I'm done with you Frank. Tell Adam to contact me. Although he obviously doesn't have the guts. So yeah, I guess I am acting like a poor little victim huh? Down 40K and all. Please, everyone feel sorry for me.

As I mentioned earlier in this post, I am in the same boat Mabad is. I am still out over $11K. I was one of lucky ones that received some of my money back. I am sill trying to get the rest of it back. It has been well over a year since the last time Adam made any kind of attempt to reply back to me. And in case you're thinking if they don't give you your car, you'll just take 'em to court or contact the BBB think again. Doesn't work. No one will take the case and the BBB basically said they have no power. There are a couple other things that can be done through legal paths, but, nothing has been successful yet. Hold on to your money and pick up something street legal, US govt approved. You'll be much happier in the end.
As far as the cars are concerned that are sitting in his lot the only thing I can figure is this. They are meant to tease the propsective buyer into full lather. Sitting on that lot they don't have to be street legal. EI suckers someone into handing over thier cash for them to start looking for a car. Once this happens EI BS's you to death about hang-ups in different ports, stages of rebuild, etc. Until you finally say it's time to throw in the towel (almost a year in my case). EI then says they will sell it for you and get you your moneyback. That takes several months with claims that buyers bite and fall through, etc. In my case supposedly my car was stuck in some port in Belgium because the Belgium buyer backed out and the car was stuck in Belgium customs. I talked to another member here who had a similar case. Like me he was able to get about 2/3rds of his money back but with the help of a lawyer. He was told the car was sold, but, only for less than what he had paid for it. So basicaly EI takes your money, plays with you for a year or 2, and then if he's feeling generous gives you back some of your cash. Otherwise he just keeps it, like in Mabad's case.
Anyway, Frank (CELM) is almost worse than Adam. CELM was a perspective buyer back in the day. One of the first interested in the EVO7. He was getting screwed as well. Then all of a sudden he had one and guess what he was working for Adam and EI. He knew what it felt like to get screwed and yet instead of joining all the others who were screwed he insisted on partaking in the screwing. I can understand getting tired of getting it in the a$$ but then to grab the guy in front of you instead of the guy behind you, given it to you, just doesn't make sense. And yet there you have it. Frank is given it to everyone except the person who deserves it. Adam.
Meanwhile Adam has a pretty good gig goin on. New Lotus, G-Wagon, newer house, etc. , etc. Married/Girlfriend with a new kid. He's livin' th good life at our expense. Gotta hand it to him, he's done well. He just better hope the he doesn't screw with the wrong guy who does decided to take it out of the legal realm of things. Like others have said, $8K, $11K, $40K of unanswered cash is a lot of cash. Someone may take it personally.

Yeah, Adam is doing well for himself it seems. So he has a Lotus, new house, etc.? He told me he "doesn't have that kind of money", when I demanded payment. He has the money for all these new things but no money to pay any of his "customers" back. Damn, what a liar. Is "Adam" even really his name? He's probably lying about that too. Not only is he a liar, he's a coward. "Adam" doesn't even have the guts to come on here and respond. "Adam" has to relay info to Frank who has no f*ckin idea about my history with him. Guess what "Adam"? there's something more important to me than money...my pride. I'm going to take great pleasure in exposing you to all who will listen, and putting your shady operation out of business. Its gonna be fun.
