is this covered under warranty? i got the same problem i got setup with appointments at 2 locations so if one decides not to do it and what not i can always goto the other one

well the way the warranty works on the sink rows is that if your car has any after market parts they would void it they say that the tranny(sink rows) cant take the extra horsie that the intake,downpipe, and exuast so if i were you take it all stock thats what i did

Well the dealer is being a douche. They said that if they get into my transmission and it has been "abused" Ill have to pay the whole bill. Im pissed.

i got the easy way out i guess, my car is all stock except for momo shift knob and some tints lol...but..if the tranny has been abused i wouldnt know cuz my car is only 2-3 weeks ago bought it with 23k miles??right? i can use that in my defense if they tried using the abuse tranny move on me?

My car is 100% stock and they are still giving me a hard time. I dont even want them to touch it if they arent going to fix it for free.

who are they to say that you have been beating on it. how do they know that its not a defect from the factory.

Call the 800 Mitsu number. They will contact the dealer and tell them to stop giving you a hard time. They WILL fix it for free - its called warranty.
