Those With Aftermarket FMIC.....

I just put mine on and I left the bumper support on....wondering if those of you that have an aftermarket FMIC left yours on or not....heres a pic of mine but kinda makes it look small....wondering if it will effect performance since it does cover a good 1/4 of the cooler....if any1 could post up pics of theirs it be great...this is the AMS FMIC...

Mine is still in, the risk associated with the -35 lbs is just not worth it imo...Granted above 30 mph it wont help THAT much but still...

My point exactly.. if this is your daily driver especially.... leave it on.... your side rails become super UNsterdy which can F*#$K you in the end. Up to you if you wanna take it off... but i wouldnt.

I wouldn't want to ride in your car.

Totaled is a vague term for this incident. Were you hurt? 25 is not slow plus the added momentum of two cars would be much greater than the momentum of one at 35. To verify how bad your "total" was we would need to know wether or not your insurance company deemed your car expensive by their standards based on mileage, paint shop work, overall condition and worth. The front bar is worth it if its your DD.

I have the buschur deluxe, still retain the support, but I've been too lazy to cut up the undertray to put that back on. It looks like quite a bit will have to come off.
