NHTSA Rates Lancer Evo Highest in Insurance Costs!!!
Check this out guys and gals. It seems that insurance for our Evos is only going to get worse thanks to this piece of info. Rated at 514 the Lancer Evolution is highest by far. Next highest rating is the CL class Mercedes 2dr at 305, which is a very, very expensive car!
This is not a category we want to be winning in...
Maybe it's all these numbskulls that wreck their Evo's all the time. I would think because of the limited number of these vehicles that this makes it more difficult and expensive to get repaired/replaced. I will go out on a limb here and say that I bet per capita/ratio Evo's are wrecked more than any other car. Whether it's on the track or the street there are alot of these things being sent to the crusher.
