I've been through a few situations like this, when I tried to explain the Evo to others and they don't quite understand the concept of Turbo, but only seem to care about the size of the engine... Those people usually look down on the Evo's 2.0 and just refuse to go on from there. Heck I have a secretary who works in my building thinks that she can take me with her '05 V6 Toyota 4Runner... I just laughed and walked away.

I agree that most trucks and their owners are jokes - but if you are in a bone stock evo and a guy in a modded lightning (or god forbid, the dodge vipertruck abortion)... you will get owned... from a roll, anyway - the dodge will take you from a dead stop in the 1/4, if I'm not mistaken... the bolt-ons for the last few years of the lightning are like the 03/04 cobras... it doesn't take much to make them pretty fast. (not as fast as the cobras, but still - you don't want to have your *** handed to you by a truck, do you?)

Again - most won't, but there are some that can, assuming you're stock or close to it.

If your gonna talk smack... do a little research. You probably would beat her due to launch but from a roll, the Viper Truck would most likely walk on you. I wouldn't bet money on it. Silly vehicle but isn't there a NASCAR truck series. A car wash maybe. You guys are funny.
