XI isn't available, but the IX will be soon... nobody knows anything about a car that hasn't arrived in the States to ginuea pig it yet.

That looks very similar to what the JDM and European EvoVIII had. It isn't impossible but, not practical. There have been several threads on that topic.

There's a good view of what we CAN do.

The JDM controls have an auto sensor and all this stuff that'll take too much time and money to recalibrate. So you could do this and just make some spiffy new knobs. ^.^;
