hopefully i can find a JDM one with the front LSD, 5 speed, i dont think the 6 speed is too easy to swap, and i dont think the years matter too much, but mainly an 04/05, since the reason im replacing is because of the bad 5th synchro

 

5th gear synchros are covered under a TSB from Mitsubishi on 03 models.
Go take it to your dealer.
