In my opinion, I think the Civil engineers that designed roads here in Philly and NJ were off the short bus, because... worst on-ramps ever!
How do you expect ppl to match speed with speed of cars on the highway immediately after getting on the highway?
I'm from chicago...and the onramps go for about 1/8 mile for you to gain speed and have ample time to match speed and merge...
On route 1, I've seen so many cars swerving to avoid cars merging onto the highway! Also seen 3 accidents due to it, first hand.
yup...have to agree roads suck here.
Chicago has potholes that will eat your car though... due to salt.

I actually ran over a a chunk of tire on 94 here in Chicago. If it was'nt for my Beatrush undertray, I would've been in a world of hurt. The tire scraped the entire tray, and actually caught my O2 sensor wire and only "sheared" the coating off the wire. I covered it when I got home.
Between that and the snow fall we just had out here where my Evo was a snow plow when I was going to work, the under tray is a must have.
