Where to get Hood grille

Long story short, I need a new grille/vent peice for my hood (TOP OF THE HOOD!).. I called Mitsu and they said they only sell them with the hood?? Wondering if anyone has a solution to that.

Well, there is a Ralliart replacement hood vent, so you might consider going ahead and buying that while you'are at it. I don't know who sells it, but I've seen them...

Oh, I thought that was all the same thing...the vent + the louvers. So, the Ralliart piece is just the louver beneath?

Even though rain gets through, at least cold water/snow gets slightly preheated before it hits the engine components and when you're at speed, almost no water should get into the engine compartment with the vent still on.
