I think my car's HID's are out of adjustment, with the left pointing higher than the right. But my buddy insists that the HID's should point higher on one side to point up the shoulder (so this car should be driven on the left hand side?!). Should the HID's be level and make a nice flat line when aimed at a wall? or should one side point higher or something?

 

i believe the cutoff on an evo should be higher on ther right side
