I just took my wing off last week. I traded it with a guy who had the low profile on his car, straight across.
I picked it up from the painter yesterday and installed it last night. I did not like the car without the wing, it just seemed like it was missing something. I hated the big wing, I'm a 32yo white guy and it just feels wrong to me. Plus, visibility sucked.
The new low profile wing is the stuff, I love it. Drove it in to work today and everybody complimented the new look and how much they hated the old wing. As for taking it off, either use a heat gun and fishing line, or just work it slowly on each side, the double sticky will let go eventually.
Oh yeah, unless you change the spring be careful opening the trunk. If you are standing above it when it opens it will break your jaw, or at least look funny opening so aggresively!

It's not an RS. I just removed everything associtated with the rear wiper, that included the motor, and put a flat rubber plug to cover the hole with some windsheild sealer to hold it. Nice and clean and sits nice and flush with the window.
