alignment problem?

I've been trying to get answers in other forums but I figure I might get more hits here. since I've put on my toyo t1-r's (now about 3000 miles on them) the front of my car sways a little back and forth when going above 40 mph and turning the wheel back and forth. I'm past the break in period and other people I know with these tires dont have this problem so I'm pretty sure that its not the tires (whether or not they're not as good as the advans they should still be performance tires). Anyways my question is whether or not townfair tire could have messed up my alignment without it being visibly noticable and without the car pulling to one side or the other. Is there specific stock settings that only mitsubishi knows about or something? Or does this not sound like an alignment problem at all? I want to get it checked but I dont want to pay money and have them tell me nothings wrong. thanks

Original Yokos has thicker side walls than you Toyo's. Your swaying is the effect of side wall flexing on your tires when moving the wheel back and forth at 40mph.

Bumping the psi will help but won't be the same as the Yoko's were.

for the record I've never felt swaying like this even with all-season tires on a 4 door honda....so thats why I was thinking that it was not so much the tires..I've tried psi's all the way from 32/29 to 40/37 it doesnt change other than ride stiffness..so again I'm thinking alignment or steering or suspension issue somewhere..any ideas?

Best to check your Alignment and any loose suspension parts if you don't think it's the tires.

Maybe a loose tie-rod , wheel bearing , ect......
