Remorse is over - my new EVO is on the ground!
It came in late last night and has just rolled into the shop to be prepped for me. Other than the guy pulling it in and out of the shop, I will be the first person to get in it.
My last two cars were used, I forgot how exciting it is to get a brand spanking new one!
Only 6 more hours and I'm OUTTA here! So glad to have a manual tranny again!

It is home in the garage...got plenty of looks just in the 5 mile drive home. I didn't even mess with the stereo on the test drive, but I just popped in a CD to check it out and it sounds better than I expected. Not going to win any sound competitions, but it'll do for now. Nothing like the VW Monsoon system, but it makes some noise.
Now time for the painfully slow break in period. Should take a while with my 2 mile commute to work.
