05 evo with P0300 after leaving Turbo Trix

Im stumped, drove to TurboTrix on tuesday to have cams, fuel pump, head studs installed and dyno tuned. Car put down less than expected numbers, 335/312 but was spot on with my buddy who was dyno tuned with the same mods the same day. Less than 30 minutes after leaving the shop I throw an SES, mind you the car is running fine. Pull over, reset the ECU and get back on the hwy. I finish the trip home back to CT and make it to work the next day without a glich. Get in the car to drive home from work and the SES is back on, yet the car drives fine. Only change in drivability is the lope at idle with the 272i cam. Reset the ECU again and drive for 2 more days till today when it appears again and I bring it to a local auto parts store to have it scanned. Turns out its the random misfire code that has plagued the 03's, but ive yet to see an issue on an 05. I have 10k miles on the car and its been fine up until it was touched by TT. Is there anything that could have been overlooked with the cam install that could cause this issue? Any ideas what to check for? I pulled my plugs and they looked pretty good, not to rich/lean. TT was closed by the time I knew what the SES was for so im going to call them tomorrow to see what they say. Any info, hints, or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
Phil

My car developed the P0300 code after mine was flashed by Dynoflash. I have cams as well and I drove around for a month with no CEL then got flashed and a week later got the code. Mine happens more if I let the car idles for an extended period. Code is a ***** but but I have to say that the power increase was worth it. OBTW, mine is an 05' too.

is it the rear o2 sensor? maybe the it's the change in AF mixture after the cams and injectors?

TT said to change to a one step colder plug and if that doesent help to bring the car back in and they'd reflash it.
