need advice, please help???

a couple problems i have goin on w/ my car. if anyone can chime in w/ advice i would appreciate it. 1st when i accelerate under partial throttle i get up to 4000-4500 rpm and the car loses power, feels like it jumps and makes a puttering sound in the exhaust. it sounds like it could be my bov. i have a blitz dd vta, i will soon be replacing it w/ a jdm mr dv. 2nd when i started up the car this morning, my car was not idling right. it was only running at about 1000rpm when the engine was cold, i know usually it is about 1500rpm until it warms up, a couple time it sounded and felt like it was going to stall out. 3rd, something new i noticed my rpm on my car and on my safc-2 arent matched up, they used to be now theyre about 500-600rpm off from each other. the car reads 2000rpm and the safc-2 only 1500rpm. i have a tb exhaust, blitz bov vta, hks intake, walbro 255, hallman pro bc(21 psi), blitz tt, safc-2, custom dynoflash tune. thanks in advance.

Sounds like you answered your own questions. BOV might be the cause of all problems, afc might just need to be calibrated. I would drive around with it off by some rpms cause it will leaning out in the wrong spots.

my afc is set to zero though because of the dynoflash, could it still be causing the problem then?

Uhm, if it's set to 0, then why is it installed? The S-AFC doesn't need to be set to 0 with a flash. In fact, it's supposed to be used to fine-tune a flash, since flashes are static and can't always be optimum depending on conditions. Why in the world would you have it still installed with a flash? It's not there for looks is it?
